Effective Date: September 10, 2026
1. Agreement
These Tressiri Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Tressiri Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Mayadigitech LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Tressiri (“Tressiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting an affiliate application, accessing an affiliate account, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Tressiri may update these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated through email, the affiliate dashboard, or the Tressiri website. Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
To participate in the Program:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must reside in the United States.
- You must provide your correct legal name, valid email address, payment information, and any other requested information.
- Your account must represent a real person or legally established business. Automated or bot-created accounts are prohibited.
- Each person or legal entity may maintain only one affiliate account unless Tressiri provides written approval.
- Your login credentials may not be shared with another person.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted through it.
- You must notify Tressiri promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Tressiri may approve or decline applications at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
After approval, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard and a unique affiliate identification code. Links containing this code are referred to as “Affiliate Links.”
You may share Affiliate Links through approved websites, blogs, social media platforms, video descriptions, email communications, text messages, or other lawful promotional channels.
For accurate tracking:
- You must use the properly formatted Affiliate Links generated through your affiliate account.
- When promoting a particular product, you should create an Affiliate Link that points directly to that product.
- Affiliates should primarily promote products listed in the Tressiri USA Stock collection because only those products are eligible for commission.
- Tressiri is not responsible for referrals that cannot be tracked because of an incorrect link, deleted or blocked cookies, private browsing, device changes, browser settings, ad blockers, technical interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tressiri will only pay commissions for referrals successfully recorded by its tracking system, except when Tressiri determines that a documented technical error should be corrected.
4. 30-Day Referral Cookie
When a potential customer clicks a valid Affiliate Link, the referral may be tracked for up to 30 days.
If the customer completes an eligible purchase within that 30-day period, the referring affiliate may earn a commission, subject to these Terms and valid system attribution.
The 30-day period does not guarantee commission. Tracking may be interrupted if the customer deletes or blocks cookies, changes browsers or devices, uses private browsing, or takes another action that prevents attribution.
5. Eligible Products
Affiliates earn commission only on eligible products listed in the Tressiri USA Stock collection at the time the customer places the order.
The current USA Stock collection is available at:
Products fulfilled from Tressiri’s Indian inventory or any other international inventory are not eligible for affiliate commission, even if the customer reached those products through an Affiliate Link.
If a customer purchases both USA Stock products and ineligible products in the same order, commission will be calculated only on the eligible USA Stock product subtotal.
Product eligibility is determined by Tressiri’s product classification at the time of purchase.
6. Commission Rate and Calculation
The standard affiliate commission rate is 10% of the net eligible USA Stock product subtotal.
Commission is calculated after applicable product discounts and does not include:
- Products outside the USA Stock collection
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Sales tax or other taxes
- Handling charges or transaction fees
- Gift cards
- Canceled orders
- Refunded or returned products
- Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions
- Purchases made through an affiliate’s own link
- Purchases otherwise disqualified under these Terms
For example, if an eligible USA Stock product is discounted from $100 to $95, the affiliate commission will be calculated using the $95 net product subtotal.
Tressiri may change commission rates prospectively by providing notice through email, the affiliate dashboard, or the Program website. Rate changes will not reduce commissions already approved before the effective date of the change.
7. Commission Verification and Dashboard Amounts
Referral and commission entries shown in the affiliate dashboard are subject to verification.
A displayed commission is not considered final or payable until Tressiri confirms that:
- The order was successfully tracked through a valid Affiliate Link.
- The purchased product was eligible for commission.
- The customer’s payment was successfully received.
- The order was not canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent.
- The affiliate complied with these Terms.
Tressiri may correct or remove duplicate, inaccurate, ineligible, or improperly recorded commission entries.
If an order contains eligible USA Stock products and ineligible products, the dashboard commission may be adjusted to reflect only the eligible portion of the order.
8. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
No commission is payable on canceled, refunded, returned, charged-back, fraudulent, or unpaid purchases.
If commission was recorded before an order or product was canceled, refunded, returned, or charged back, Tressiri may reverse or deduct the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s current or future balance.
For partial returns or refunds, the commission will be recalculated using the remaining eligible product subtotal.
9. Payment Schedule
Affiliate payments are generally processed monthly after commissions have been verified.
The minimum payout threshold is $25 in approved commission. If your approved balance is below $25, the balance will carry forward until the threshold is reached.
Payments are issued through Stripe to an eligible United States bank account. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete payout information. Tressiri is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or unverified payment information.
Tressiri may temporarily hold a commission while reviewing an order, suspected fraud, a policy violation, a return, a payment dispute, or a tracking discrepancy.
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes associated with affiliate earnings. Tressiri may request a completed Form W-9 or other tax documentation and may issue applicable tax reporting forms as required by law.
10. Self-Referrals
You may not earn commission by purchasing Tressiri products through your own Affiliate Link.
This restriction also applies to purchases made primarily for your benefit through accounts, businesses, payment methods, or members of your household that you control.
Tressiri may reverse self-referral commissions and may suspend or terminate accounts used to generate unauthorized self-referrals.
11. Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Tressiri whenever promoting Tressiri or sharing an Affiliate Link.
A disclosure must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed close to the endorsement or Affiliate Link. It must not be hidden at the end of a long caption, among numerous hashtags, behind a “more” link, or only on a profile or separate disclosure page.
Acceptable disclosures include:
- “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”
- “This post contains a Tressiri affiliate link.”
- “Ad”
- “Sponsored”
For videos, reels, stories, livestreams, and similar content, the disclosure must appear in the content itself when required by applicable law. Affiliates should not rely exclusively on a platform’s built-in disclosure tool.
Affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and all other applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
12. Truthful Endorsements and Product Claims
All endorsements and promotional statements must be truthful and based on the affiliate’s honest opinions or actual experience.
Affiliates may not:
- Claim to have used a product they have not used.
- Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims.
- Guarantee results that Tressiri does not guarantee.
- Make medical, health, or therapeutic claims about Tressiri products.
- Misrepresent product origin, quality, availability, price, shipping time, discounts, or return policies.
- Publish altered or deceptive product demonstrations.
- Present expired promotions, coupon codes, or prices as current.
Prices, inventory, shipping times, and promotions may change. Affiliates should verify current information on Tressiri’s website before publishing promotional content.
13. Promotional Restrictions
Unless Tressiri gives prior written approval, affiliates may not:
- Purchase paid search advertisements using “Tressiri,” misspellings of Tressiri, or other Tressiri trademarks as keywords.
- Create websites, domains, email addresses, usernames, or social media accounts that impersonate Tressiri.
- Represent themselves as an employee, agent, owner, official representative, or authorized spokesperson for Tressiri.
- Run advertisements that appear to be official Tressiri advertisements.
- Publish Affiliate Links on coupon, cashback, discount-code, or deal websites.
- Promote unauthorized, expired, or misleading coupon codes.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, misleading redirects, adware, spyware, automated traffic, bots, or other deceptive tracking methods.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or unlawful commercial communications.
- Place Affiliate Links on websites or content involving illegal activity, hate, harassment, discrimination, explicit sexual content, violence, or deceptive business practices.
- Make statements that could reasonably damage Tressiri’s reputation.
Affiliates may not issue a press release concerning their participation in the Program without written permission from Tressiri.
14. Email and Direct Marketing
Affiliates using email, text messaging, or other direct marketing methods must obtain any legally required consent and comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, email, and telecommunications laws.
Commercial email must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including requirements concerning accurate sender information, truthful subject lines, advertising disclosures, a valid postal address, and a functioning opt-out method.
Affiliates may not use purchased, harvested, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists to promote Tressiri.
15. Tressiri Brand and Promotional Materials
Tressiri grants approved affiliates a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Affiliate Links, product images, logos, banners, and other promotional materials supplied or expressly approved by Tressiri solely for participation in the Program.
Affiliates may not:
- Alter Tressiri trademarks or logos in a misleading manner.
- Claim ownership of Tressiri intellectual property.
- Use Tressiri materials outside the Program without permission.
- Register any trademark, business name, domain, or social media identity containing “Tressiri” or a confusingly similar term.
Tressiri may modify or withdraw its promotional materials and brand permissions at any time.
16. Customer Relationship
Customers who purchase through Affiliate Links remain customers of Tressiri.
Tressiri controls all matters related to:
- Product pricing
- Product availability
- Order acceptance
- Payment processing
- Shipping and delivery
- Customer service
- Returns and refunds
- Promotions and discounts
Affiliates may not make commitments, guarantees, refunds, or representations on behalf of Tressiri.
17. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are solely responsible for their websites, social media accounts, content, advertisements, messages, and promotional activities.
Affiliates must ensure that their activities:
- Are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
- Comply with the rules of each platform they use.
- Include all required affiliate and advertising disclosures.
- Do not collect or misuse customer information.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of Tressiri’s website.
- Do not violate any agreement with a website host, advertising network, social media platform, email provider, or other third party.
18. Independent Contractor Relationship
The affiliate and Tressiri are independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or sales-representative relationship.
Affiliates have no authority to enter into agreements, accept obligations, make promises, or create liability on behalf of Tressiri.
Affiliates are responsible for their own equipment, business expenses, insurance, permits, licenses, and taxes.
19. Suspension and Termination
Either the affiliate or Tressiri may terminate participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice.
Tressiri may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate account for:
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Self-referrals
- Deceptive or misleading advertising
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship
- Spam or unlawful marketing
- Trademark misuse
- Manipulation of tracking or commissions
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that may harm Tressiri, its customers, or its reputation
Upon termination, the affiliate must stop using Affiliate Links and remove Tressiri trademarks, logos, and promotional materials when requested.
Valid, approved commissions earned before termination may be paid according to the normal payment schedule and payout threshold. Commissions connected to fraud, policy violations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, or other ineligible activity may be reversed or forfeited.
Tressiri may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program, affiliate dashboard, tracking system, Affiliate Links, and promotional materials are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tressiri disclaims all express or implied warranties concerning the Program, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free tracking.
Tressiri does not guarantee that an affiliate will receive traffic, referrals, sales, commissions, or any particular amount of income.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tressiri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Program.
Tressiri’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Program will not exceed the total approved commission paid or payable to the affiliate during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply where prohibited by law.
22. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mayadigitech LLC, Tressiri, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your promotional activities
- Your content or representations
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your infringement of a third party’s rights
- Your misuse of Tressiri’s name, trademarks, products, or promotional materials

Notices to Tressiri must be sent to:
Except for eligible small-claims matters or requests for temporary or injunctive relief involving intellectual property or unauthorized system access, disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Program will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
Arbitration will take place in Brazos County, Texas, unless the parties agree to conduct it remotely or in another location.
Disputes must be brought individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party may participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding concerning a dispute covered by this section.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. A court with appropriate jurisdiction may enter judgment on the arbitrator’s award.
24. Governing Law
Except for the arbitration provision governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
25. Miscellaneous
You may not assign or transfer your affiliate account or rights under these Terms without Tressiri’s prior written consent.
Tressiri may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Program.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Tressiri’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
These Terms, together with any policies or written Program rules incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the affiliate and Tressiri concerning the Program.
26. Electronic Acceptance
