Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please allow additional time during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping (USA Stock Products Only): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA Stock Products Only): 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (USA Stock Products Only): 1 business day (available in select areas)
  • Shipping from India:  Some of our products ship from India. Delivery may take 7–10 business days depending on your location. International orders may also be subject to customs processing.
  • International orders may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures, which can cause unexpected delays. While most international deliveries are completed within 10–15 business days, delivery may take longer — especially if held by customs.
    Please note: Tressiri is not responsible for customs processing time, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Orders valued over $800 USD may be subject to import duties and taxes by U.S. Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Timeframes & Responsibility

All Tressiri orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our vendor facility. Typical delivery takes 7–10 business days, but can vary depending on your location and potential customs processing times.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we expand our service areas in the future.
