Tressiri products may be fulfilled from our USA inventory in Texas or from our fulfillment source in India. The fulfillment location is identified on the applicable product page and determines the shipping rate and estimated delivery time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
USA Stock orders: Please allow up to 1 business day for order preparation before shipment.
India-fulfilled orders: Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for order preparation before shipment.
Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions, unusually high order volume, or when additional order verification is required.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
USA Stock Shipping
Products identified as USA Stock are physically stocked in the United States and ship from our inventory location in College Station, Texas.
USA Stock orders are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated carrier transit time is approximately 2-5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
USA Stock Shipping Rates
USA Stock shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight of the applicable USA Stock items in the order.

These are Tressiri’s customer shipping charges. Rates may include an allowance for packaging, handling, and variations in postage and are not presented as exact USPS retail postage.

India-Fulfilled Products
Some Tressiri products are fulfilled separately from India. These products are identified by their product availability or fulfillment information on the product page.
For qualifying India-fulfilled products, shipping starts at the applicable $45 shipping tier.
Where eligible, multiple qualifying India-fulfilled items may share the same shipping tier. For example, ordering up to four qualifying items within the applicable tier may reduce the effective shipping cost per item.
Larger or heavier orders may move into a higher shipping tier. The exact shipping charge applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery for India-fulfilled orders is generally 7-10 business days, although customs processing, carrier delays, destination, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery time.
Orders Containing Both USA Stock and India-Fulfilled Products
If your order contains both USA Stock and India-fulfilled products, the items will ship separately because they originate from different fulfillment locations.
USA Stock items ship from Texas using the applicable domestic shipping rate.
India-fulfilled items ship separately from India using the applicable India shipping tier.
The $45 India shipping tier applies only to qualifying India-fulfilled items. USA Stock shipping is calculated separately.
You may therefore receive separate packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates for the same order.
Domestic Shipping
Online checkout is currently available for shipping to addresses within the United States.
Carrier availability may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, package size, and destination.
International Shipping
International deliveries are generally completed within 10-15 business days after shipment. Delivery may take longer depending on the destination, carrier conditions, customs clearance, local holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
Tressiri does not control customs processing times or the amount of duties, taxes, or carrier fees that may be assessed. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
U.S. Customs Charges for India-Fulfilled Orders
Some Tressiri products are fulfilled directly from India and imported into the United States.
These shipments may be subject to U.S. import duties, customs charges, and carrier processing fees. The amount, if any, depends on factors including the product classification, declared value, country of origin, customs requirements, and carrier.
Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier processing fees assessed on the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer unless Tressiri specifically states otherwise at the time of purchase.
Customs rates and carrier fees may change without notice, so Tressiri cannot guarantee the exact amount that may be charged before import clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
If an order is divided into separate USA Stock and India-fulfilled shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided by the applicable carrier and may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Customs and Import Processing
India-fulfilled shipments entering the United States may be subject to customs processing.
Customs inspections or carrier processing can occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. Tressiri cannot guarantee customs clearance times.
