Return and Refund Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unworn condition, with minimal handling and all packaging components (such as storage pouches) included.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our beauty and hair extension products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened hair extensions and wigs
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Personal care or sanitary items
- Customized or made-to-order products
We do not accept returns on items that present hygiene concerns once opened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped to our return address provided below.
Returns
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery for all eligible products purchased within the United States.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with minimal handling and all packaging components (such as storage pouches) included.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions:
- No partial refunds will be granted.
- Items returned damaged, worn, altered, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
- Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return:
Please contact us at support@tressiri.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we encourage you to take clear photos of the item and include them in your return request. This helps us verify the issue and process your refund or replacement more efficiently.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and passes inspection. If the item is found to be worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise non-returnable, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued for non-eligible returns and that the customer may be liable for shipping if the return is rejected.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — processing times vary

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@tressiri.com and send your item to our return address below.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address above.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
