Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our beauty and hair extension products, we are unable to accept returns for certain items. These include:

  • Used or opened hair extensions and wigs
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or sanitary items
  • Customized or made-to-order products

We do not accept returns on items that present hygiene concerns once opened, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped to our return address provided below.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned after 14 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@tressiri.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you a gift credit code.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
